I had heard that the only way they could get Russell Yates was to convict her first. How soon can they get that whack-job behind bars, too?I agree. Since the first moment he stepped before the cameras he has shown that he has no clue about the torture his wife inflicted on his kids.

Scumbag, agreed. But did he commit any crime?

Well, it was worse than that: he had no clue about the torture he inflicted on his wife. All these pious statements about "we decided this" and "we decided that" are pure BS. HE DECIDED, and this apparently weak-willed woman let him run all over her until she snapped.
Don't get me wrong, she needs to go away forever. But he is pure pond scum, and is EVERY BIT as culpable in these murders as she is. He should be charged as an accessory.

i might be totally off-base here..and may God forgive me if i am accusing an innocent man..BUT as aloof as he is acting..i feel the both of them were co-conspirators...probably had life ins on the kids with him as beneficiary..thought they could pull off the crazy stunt..would have money and no kids.....he is still the winner if she loses..he still gets the money....she wins the "trip"....just my messed up mind..but that guy is too insincere and is in too much support of his wife...if my wife would have killed my kids..i would have killed her on the spot..no question.....never wanted to kill my kids when they were small....been damn tempted a few times since they have been grown though!!!!! lol

Let's hope they get him. Otherwise he is liable to divorce her, remarry another unstable woman and have more children. BTW, I think he ought to swing along side Andrea.
