In Texas, during the sentencing phase, in order to get the death penalty they have to find that she's a future threat to society. Since these deaths were not random I dont think the jury is going to impose it. Life in prison.

Life in prison. I disagree. Otherwise, what's to keep her from squeezing out a few more kiddos then retroactively aborting them? Since the hubby seems to consider her his brood mare, I can easily see a death sentence from this jury in the punishment phase.
