I am just curious I have seen so much drivel on the news about how the islamic world hates the west so much and in particular America. Well lets turn the tables on the liberal establishment. How many people in america, britian,and sensible european countries HATE ISLAM And the muslim world. For me this is such an easy question, since i was in High school in the 80s I have seen nothing but the Islamist hurting and killing americans, jews and europeans. Then to top it off when i am thirty with two precious daughters I see them murder three thousand + americans in a two and half hr period. IT is time to stop being so damn nice to these evil SAVAGES, The islamist make Hitler look like a boy scout our what ever little sick institution the germans had. Well enough said I want input from people please I dont want to feel like a lone dove here. Cause I hate islam and everything to do with it. IMHO

You will probably find that 80% of the sheeple have adopted the "Islam is Peace" propaganda. Don't expect that the American People will understand the threat that Islam poses to them. Half of to population of Israel doesn't get it yet. They still think it is about the 1967 borders.

Most American people have no idea of what Islam stands for. Islam is still viewed as one of the great world religions.

Some brave producer has to do a documentary on Mohammad (The great prophet. Of Satan???). Such a work would really wake up the masses. Problem is: It won't happen. Instant death sentence.

It's probably not just drivel.
On ABC radio news this morning, they discussed the results of a Gallup poll done
in the major countries of Islam.
The quick-and-dirty results? They don't like the USA and what we do (e.g., Afghanistan campaign).

Probably never and for one reason -- Fear.
The media elites who'd commission such a poll are really afraid it would show
that while mainstream America wants due process and justice visited on Islamic
terrorists...it would also reveal how much mainstream America distrusts Islam (and with
good, quantitative reason).

That would embarass the media elites by showing just how out-of-touch they are
with the rational, reasonable thought processes of Mr. And Mrs. America.

I would tend to agree.

Any poll would likely reflect Americas near infinate tolerance for others, including Muslims.

A poll would in all likelyhood give a very flawed and politically correct driven view.

I suggest we all start emailing the poll takers such as Zogby (wouldn't that be a hoot for them to conduct such a poll!!) and insist they do such a poll. If nothing else, would be fun to watch them squirm.

It is fact, not speculation that the common Muslim from the middle-east views Americans as infidels and the enemy. The problem is that too many don't understand that Muslims who come to America don't check these views at the border on their way in. We have a growing segment of our imported population that probably harbor ill will or at least a negative view of us.

Although I understand your frustration with the duplicity of the American news media, stating that you hate Islam makes others wonder about you and your beliefs, as well. Islam has its extremists, but so does every religion (with the possible exception of Zen Buddhists; not too many terrorists from that camp).
