Did you see Larry Johnson, former CIA officer, on fox news today at about 1:00pm? He said he had reviewed Davis' information, and thought it was credible. He raised this case as an example of problems in the FBI counterterrorism efforts, inspite of the efforts of many good field agents.
It seems like this story is gathering legs.

Though the Phillipines may be where the Americans met Yousef, Yousef operated out of Bosnia. Why is this ignored?

The only stone, it seems, the bureau hasn't been willing to turn over is its own investigation into the Oklahoma City bombing.
The "dots" continue to be connected.
The "new" administration is no different than the "old" administration.
According to her (Davis') attorney Tim McCoy, Department of Justice attorneys prosecuting Nichols rejected Davis' documents in 1997 because they didn't want more material to turn over to the defense.
That really instills confidence in our judicial system!

Davis eventually aired a number of pieces, taking care to disguise the Iraqi's identity. However, Alhussaini voluntarily stepped forward on June 15, 1995, to publicly claim that KFOR and Davis had labeled him as John Doe No. 2. Why would he do this? Is his involvement a red herring?
If this is a red herring situation, investigators would focus on Alhussaini, trying to prove his connection to the actual bombing, but someone else (another MEer, perhaps) would be one of those actively involved in the bombing. Alhussaini would throw the dogs off the real trail.
The warning indicated a terrorist attack was impending and that "lilly whites" would be activated. Lilly whites, Bodansky writes, were people without any background or police records who would not be suspected members of a terrorist group.
Maybe "lilly whites" are non-ME men.

I pray this will come into the open and it will be investigated. Our Ok victims deserve the true justice.

And Davis eventually quit after The New York Times bought the station and the investigation was stopped. Besides the tinfoil being wrapped too tight round my head, why do I have a disturbing hunch that the NYT purchase of KFOR at this time wasn't just business as usual?
