Bitz, bitz, bitz...

Listening to Rush (or at least, the Rush o' the Day), I get so tired of all the Dem bashing. TOM DASCHEL IS A DEMOCRAT AND HE ACTS LIKE A DEMOCRAT! He is not going to change because the Right whines about it. Is it too much to ask that Rush etc. say something, once in a great while, about all the spineless 'Pubbies who make being a Democrat such an effortless romp?

Why don't you make it a POINT to call this Friday and talk about that?

Fridays *are* open-line day ...

Heh. I like Rush and stick up for him for he most part, but you're right, he tends to be "Mr. GOP". Everything is Repubs v Dems. There's more to society, politics and the culture war than that.

It would be nice if he took some of he spendthrift Republicrats to task once in a while to keep them in check. Including Mr. Bush.

Uh oh, I spoke ill of the blessed one. I'll be donning an asbestos suit right along with you.

Anyway, Rush should broaden his horizons a bit. I agree, he can be monotonous at times. Some of the content when he was deaf was his best ever. He really touched into something IMO and had more passion. I dunno maybe it was just me, but I've been listening to him forever.

Heh. At first I was going to "cheese" this thread but then I actually started thinking about it.

<sarcasm>Gee - he must have gone through hell before FR came into existance then ...</sarcasm>

Could it just be that like-minds think alike?

And - if he really *believes* in his POV- he's got to be willing to 'put out' (bleed, sweat and struggle) for it ...

OTHERWISE he could call any-old talk show!
