It's Monday and President Bush kicked off the week with a full schedule as usual. Bush sent his $2.13 trillion budget to Congress, including the 'largest increase in military spending in a generation.' The President took his patriotic message to Eglin Air Force Base in Florida, where hundreds of enthusiastic soldiers cheered him on as he spoke about the war on terror. And to add to his busy Monday schedule, Bush also met with Russia Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov to privately discuss regional security issues. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!
QUOTE OF THE DAY: In the months and years to come, our nation will be asking much of the Air Force, and every branch of our military. You have my confidence, because you've earned it. You earn it every day in the difficulties you accept and the dangers you face. You're each here to serve your country, and your country is grateful. You're here because you believe in America, and America believes in you. God bless.
HA HA QUOTE OF THE DAY: And we're working on our next objective. And that's to run down al Qaeda and the rest of the terrorists, and maybe give them a free trip to Guantanamo Bay.
You can say THAT again!
Thanks!
Excuse me while I take a moment to say: BUMP THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can you ever get enough of this man??? .......I don't think so!! There is no saturation point!! :o)
See ya later conservative base, I've got all the support I need now!
OK....how about bigger??
HOLY COW, he's BEAUTIFUL!! :o)
Isn't he, tho? :^) Beautiful on the inside and the outside isn't too bad either! In pic #1 he is as joyous to be with and as appreciative of those wonderful young people-JUST SPEND A MOMENT LOOKING AT THE FACES OF THE YOUNG MILITARY FOLKS SURROUNDING HIM-as they are of being near him. It is simply too warm and exhilarating for words. I am sure this is what a good commander brings to his troops. We are SO BLESSED you guys!
And in pic#2-can't you just kinda sorta see him puffing up a bit, walking a little taller and wondering if he could scale those ropes over his head? He looks as if he is reacting to a moment of sheer WOW!
I saved it.
