I would like to introduce to you the son- in - law of Dansangel and .45MAN
Senior Airman Tony B. , 25 years old, while he was stationed in Kuwait last year.
At that time he was an E-2, but has been given a promotion since. He has served for exactly 4 years, his anniversary date being January 15th.
His discharge date is unknown at this time and there is a possibility that he may be deployed back to Kuwait, but everything is pretty much up in the air and up to world events at this time.
Thank you for serving Senior Airman Tony B. our prayers are with you each day !

Sweet wishes I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright.
I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more.
I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive.
I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger.
I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting.
I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess.
I wish enough "Hello's" to get you through the final "Goodbye."
My friends and loved ones, I wish you ENOUGH!

Snow Bunny: I can't begin to thank you enough for the tribute you have given Tony, my "son." The past four years have not been easy for him, but we have watched him grow and mature in ways that only giving service to one's country can do.
I'd like to add a prayer for those who have given their lives in the service of our country and also to the innocent victims of 9/11:
The Prayer of St. Francis
Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is sadness,joy.
O Divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled as to console,
To be understood as to understand,
To be loved as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive;
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Amen

We Must Never Forget
To: Snow Bunny
Morning All.
Pause for a moment, to remember the family,
Who for liberty, freedom and our security,
Endure many a hardship and separation.
Which serve to bond them closer to their Nation.
These bonds are true, no mere artifice.
Which is the measure of their sacrifice.
Engendered by a love for their country.
If you don't believe, ask Mrs. Bixby.
Remember them
mothers, wives, children, all.
Their loved one's gone when they hear the call.
These silent patriots, yet they're always there.
So for the military family say a prayer.

Bunny, I am so glad to see you posting these pictures of our active military - I hope you continue to get photos to post and we can see ALL our Freepers who are serving now!
I have not forgotten the latest photos I've received for the Vet thread - just have not gotten enough to do another group yet! I noticed a post by RangerVetNam (thanks, Tonk for the heads up), and I've written a FR mail to him with my email addy to send the pic to me. What I don't know is if RangerVetNam and RangerX are the same people, because I have a photo of RangerX already - from Desert Storm though!
Gunnrmike and Lancey Howard - you've written me with promise to send photos - I haven't received your photos yet!
I will include Sandy and Trish whenever I do the next one.
