When it comes down to it, you have to do business with Democrats.

Oh, I agree, if your motive is to keep elective office and power, than sell the American people down the river and get along with any slime. Who needs character, honesty, guts, or morals. These are not for political winners.

"The success of government depends entirely on the degree and length of time it can continue to defraud its victims, which are called citizens. A government can produce nothing and can do nothing, except to harm or threaten. All that a government is given credit for providing is confiscated or coerced from others."

"Government is the great fraud. The most successful politicians are those who have no illusions about the true nature of government and operate accordingly, that is, as consummate con artists."

And GW is a great one.

It is the nature of government to enforce its authority with violence. That's one reason why big government is inherently tyrranical.

This notwithstanding, I thank God that George Bush is President.

You are aware that the Bible agrees with my estimate of all politicians, that they are the basest of men, and God put them there.

Dan. 4:17 This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.

No, Hank. I don't agree that all politicians are the basest of men, though many--maybe most--are. And I think George W. Bush, his father, Ronald Reagan, Abraham Lincoln, Winston Churchill, Margaret Thatcher, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Teddy Roosevelt were very fine people.
