I never thought of him as the accidental president. Last year, before the election, I listened to him and his views, liked what he said, and thought he was a decent and honest man, after 8 years of Billy-Bob. I voted for him enthusiastically, and always believed that he would prevail and win the presidency! Man, it sure doesn't seem like a year since his inauguration! What a year it's been!

Inauguration of President George W. Bush
January 20, 2001
God Bless our President
A man who stands tall for his beloved country and people.
A man who says what he is going to do and does it.
A man who takes his oath of office seriously.

"The war helped him get beyond the controversy of a disputed election and let people accept him emotionally as president," said Democrat Bill Carrick, a political consultant in Los Angeles. "It changed everything about this presidency. He went from an accidental president who was a Saturday Night Live joke to the commander-in-chief."
What a bunch of snivelling swarmy lies full of stinking refuge that is being spewed from this moron Carrick's mouth.

Great photo, Harpo11, and very telling. Did you notice how GW is looking forward while Algore and the traitor are looking left?

Nothing against Bush, mind you.
I'm just not quite "Babe" material.

Yes I did. I also noticed when Clinton puts his hand on his heart for the Star Spangled Banner he places it in a downward position. I don't know if that is strange or not. I just noticed it a lot during the memorial ceremonies he attended after the murderous terrorist attacks on September 11. No one else around him placed their hands in that manner so his placement of the hand stood out from the others.
