Yeah, that's normal, healthy behavior. And rather than get fired, the 30 yr old teacher will likely recieve a promotion.

And rather than get fired, the 30 yr old teacher will likely recieve a promotion. In Massachusetts, sexual misconduct charges against teachers are taken very seriously. Where this doesn't involve students, the MTA might defend the teacher if he loses his job. (Though he sounds really dumb, not watching his behavior in public, the MTA has never considered stupidity a reason to dump a teacher)
There have been a lot of high profile cases in the state over the past decade or so, and people have lost their tolerance for perverts being in contact with kids. Now, what this judge does about hubby might get people questioning how serious she is about protecting children.

Just yesterday, there was a report on FR about a teacher in Broward County, FL that was caught on the receiving end of oral sex in a "gay bar". The Board of Education is in a real quandry as to what to do now.
After all, it's just sex. Everyone does it.
Ah, for the days of morals clauses!

He'll be asked to recreate the scene for his students soes they can "understand" what it means to be gay and learn to "tolerate" those that lead "alternative" lifestyles.
Of course gay lifestyle pamphlets with hotline numbers, a local guide to "hotspots" and condoms will be distributed during the demostration.

Even worse. He will be suspended WITH PAY, receive free legal assistance from the NEA, and other suportive legal firms, probably free legal advice form the ACLU. He may be dismissed if the parents protest enough, and then he will find another job...you guessed it - teaching!
