These are American civil liberties...non-citizens are not part of this country. Much less people trying to enter our country. If the ACLU wants to help, they should go over to China, Iraq, Saudia Arabia, etc to help Americans over there.

The ACLU should be protested and shunned by Americans.

One more time: I don't give a rat's *ss about the rights of a bunch of non-citizens. Period.

However, one question does come to mind: Has the ACLU noticed that, even in the current circumstances, most of the detainees still have more rights here, in detention, than they do normally in their home countries? Or is that not convenient to their "bash America first" way of thinking?
