What an incredible year in the life of President Bush. From the highs of inauguration and the passage of the tax cut, to the lows of the China plane incident and Septemeber 11th, these pictures tell all. So sit back and enjoy a year in the life of President Bush. Oh, and be patient! This will take a while!!!
Every year I write a synopsis of things that happened during the year, things that I am thankful for, and things that I'm hopeful for in the new year - for the benefit of the young children in my family. The top of the list this year is that we have George W. Bush as President. In light of 9/11, I just can't imagine our world without President Bush.
After 36 days of chad - swinging, hanging and punched by the an election inspector, I was so ready for our 43rd President to be Inaugurated.
RWP, have a good vacation. We just can't wait for more of your photos, after you return. And thanks for your faithfulness in doing this for us. We've shared a mutual love and respect for our beloved President.
Peace, love, hope, health and happiness to all.
Truth
Scary, isn't it???? Me too!! Every single one of them! LOL!!!
But you're right about President Bush. The world would be an unimaginably scary place without him as our leader. He is living up to everything he promised (and we knew) he would, and then some. God has blessed us beyond measure!!!
rintense, thank you again, and have a wonderful time!!
rintense,

Can't wait till next Year to see what Great Pictures You will obtain for us and Your Album.
I think that You have a Book in the making here...Just a thought!
God Bless You!
You had me worried there for a minute ..... didn't want this thread spoiled by pictures of the scumbag.
Riding on his new wave of unprecedented popularity, President Bush goes on tour to support his latest album -- "Bush Sings the Cabaret Classics"
But you could have shown his accomplishments -- a "messy" sink and the destruction of the WTC. I'll never forgive him for that last one.
We have a semi-tradition where we go to the Smithsonian Museums on Christmas Eve Day. It's normally not very crowded, and traffic isn't bad. Anyway, in the Arts and Industry Building (which, by the way, has a ab-fab kid-friendly exhibit on the brain...ends in early January) the gift shop had a coffee mug featuring GWB. It had a flag motif in the background, along with the White House, and a photo of the President in the foreground. He could not have looked more noble if they had dressed him in shining armor. The clerk said they were flying off the shelf.
In a little basket near the mugs were blank note cards featuring X-42 and the she-wolf. The photo on the front must have been taken in the early 70's. He looks drugged out and in need of a haircut, and she has this scraggly, greasy, straight hair and is wearing a caftan, I think. It was hideous, and I nearly bought out the lot to send to you all as Halloween greetings.
It took me nearly five minutes to catch my breath from laughing so hard.
