Interesting assessment. But I don't like Russia moving into Venezuela and China moving into Cuba I guess no more than they like America moving into the Balkans, Eastern Europe (for Russia), and in Taiwan (for China)........
Heck!!!! who knows what deals have been made between all of these nations....... For all we know, they may have planned this thing long ago......... Stuff it!!!! I'm gonna let someone else worry about it........
