Due to the quality of the original tape, it is NOT a verbatim transcript of every word spoken during the meeting. What? Its taken them all this time and they still can't get it right? Not verbatim? Add a word here, change a word there ... and boom, the smoking gun.
I'm not defending terrorists (whomever they may be) but the government has submitted so much 'non verbatim' evidence about so many things for so many years that have subsequently turned out to be false that its hard to trust them at all to get it right anymore, ie. how many people still believe the official 'line' about the Kennedy assassination?
How many times are we going to anhilate entire nations to get one 'evil' man ... and then after thousands of innocent citizens have perished in the bombings, the alleged perp always gets away.

What? Its taken them all this time and they still can't get it right? Not verbatim? Lighten up. It's nearly impossible to get a perfect, verbatim translation of just about any lengthy foreign speech or writing. There are connotations, shades of meaning and words that don't carry in the other language. We've had centuries to translate the Bible, and still don't have a perfect version.

They released the actual video, so if there are any incorrect translations, I am sure we will hear about it.

I just watched the video and my stomach has turned. How many nations should we bomb to get one alleged perp? If we need to turn countries into a sea of glass, so be it. there is no 'alleged' here.

Calm down. "Not verbatim" means they couldn't figure out what the guys were saying in some spots. You can see those because they have parenthese, two parens around a word means that's what they think the guy said. The word inaudible in parens means just that, they knew he was talking but couldn't figure out any of the words. Every court document of a recording, whether translated or merely transcribed, has the exact same warning in front. It's how the author avoids getting busted if he blew it.

How many times are we going to anhilate entire nations to get one 'evil' man ... As many times as it takes.
Your excuses for bin Laden put you directly in his camp.

Its taken them all this time and they still can't get it right? Not verbatim? If that concerns you, then find someone who speaks the language (or learn it yourself) and decide if the translation is accurate enough in critical parts. Obvously our government did.

How many times are we going to anhilate entire nations to get one 'evil' man Each time that one 'evil' man is clearly responsible for acts of war, and the nation in question refuses to hand him over even when we ask nicely.
Even if he gets away, no country will willingly harbor & assist him after the last one got pulverized.

How many times in our history has one evil man suddenly brought death to thousands of Americans in such a short period of time? The Taliban government of Afghanistan had plenty of opportunity to turn the terrorists over to us and refused. They were cool with what he had done. Did we intentionally target any non-combatants with bombs? If you don't like what is being done about the terrorist attack, please say what you think should be done to bring those evil people to justice and dissuade others from trying such in the future.
