Walker should be treated like the rest of the rank and file Taliban. Unless they can be tried for specific crimes they should be allowed to go free.

One thing I think would be a appropriate would be to have the letter "T" tattooed on their forehead and any woman they encounter in public is allowed to hit them a few times with a stick. If they relatiate against the woman, they should face immediate execution.

This man is already CIA, government property. He will be so until he dies, whether that is next week or in 50 years. He will sing when they want music. The minute his life is not worth anything to them, he will be found to have done something real dangerous. I doubt he will ever see the light of American day again, unless it is thru bars.
