I clicked on my name you had as a link in your post and it said no posts found. I know I have thousands that show up on self search when I click it the normal way

What is the "normal way?" How is your URL different from the one I used for your name? Better yet...

Would you do me a huge favor and Freepmail me the URL that you're using for your own self-search? That way, I can just plug in my name instead of yours and see if it works.

This is very strange. I don't understand why my link for your name doesn't work, yet yours does. :-/

Thank you for that! I know that must have taken a lot of your time, so I owe you one. And now I can be double sure that I'm not just imagining things or totally inept at computers. :-)

If you see someone pinging me, please tell them that they're totally invisible. LOL!

Gimlet to your base: Fox is entertainment and can be fun. As a news source it is generally poor. Even for conservatives. Especially for conservatives who take news seriously and who demand high quality. Conservatives who can make their own minds up and do not need a diet of pap. does that help clarify? They distort; we deride. Over and out.

Agreed. Fox is entertainment.

As a news source it is generally poor. Even for conservatives. Especially for conservatives who take news seriously and who demand high quality

As an objective truth-teller journalism in general is very poor. And that is because all journalism is entertainment. Fox's entertainment is in the form of commentary which is not wildly anticonservative. "Objective journalism" puts its entertainment in the selection of stories which threaten you, making it difficult for you to resist buying the paper or watching the show. "Is your water poisoned? Report at eleven." That is the perspective (and if you believe in objectivity, the "bias") of journalism.

In addition the short deadline of journalism makes it superficial. So journalism is superficial and negative. That makes journalism anticonservative. Unless you have a better explanation as to why that is so . . .

LOL, All I really know is I love this whole system. I can just click open my self search ,keep it open, click on the # of the post to me and viola the other screen opens with the post popping up in it, then zoom downand answer it, this way I can answer tons of pings and posts and read the threads as well. Then when I get most answered I switch to the cute little new message pager thingie.I love it.

Please excuse my non techinical explanation, hahahaha

LOL! Sometimes this termology makes complete sense and should be used for a wide variety of explainations. It beats the acronym thingy!

I'm still waiting.  Your silence speaks volumes, and I don't like what it's saying about you. What kind of garbage have you been telling people, either directly or by passive implication?  Are you afraid of contradicting yourself in public?

And no, I won't let it drop, not until you show up like a man and explain what's going on. At the very least, you could answer my private messages.  I was planning on taking a little holiday hiatus from this place, but not until this is resolved.

I would prefer to talk about this privately, but if you want to do it publicly, so be it.

Whoa, hold on a minute, lady. You once devoted an entire thread to a story you made up about me getting run over by a car, and you want me to vouch for you????

No way, Jose. You're on your own.
