on the latest post page, in the search box for "articles and replies" the "from" search
works as advertised... however, it pulls zero posts using the "to" search,
i.e. the one you just sent me. am i missing something?
or did i break it (-:
John, I'm having the same problem that glock rocks states he's having, both on his self-search above and my own self-search (see below).
The "from" search works beautifully, but the "to" search comes up empty. I've checked and done everything you suggested in reply #93 but it didn't help. Also, this is happening on both my home computer and a work computer. I'm at a loss as to what it could be on my end. This problem has happened before, but then it just started working again for no apparent reason.
Another piece of the puzzle is that when I insert some people's name in the "to:" search function, it works just fine. I tried "Dog Gone," "Senator Pardek," "thinden," and "GOPJ," and they all worked perfectly. All the replies to these people came up.
Then I plugged in "John Robinson," "Snow Bunny," "glock rocks," and "WIMom," and none of them worked -- they all came up empty.
Could you try these links and see if they show the "hits" for you on your computer? None of them do for me. Thanks.

Not only does it help with my FReep "addiction," but it also gives me a perfect excuse to ignore people. ;-)
Maybe that was just a little too much to ask from a male member of the species, considering how men like to brag about their exploits. Yep... Maybe he thinks that by ignoring it, people will just "imply" something from his silence.
(...gasp!...) Maybe I need to show up on his front doorstep to make sure his wife doesn't believe such a nasty little rumor that would be "implied" by this peculiar silence. Either that, or send him an envelope full of baby powder. ;-)
