okay, i am a confirmed cat hater, but i would never ever
do this to a cat or any other animal for that matter.

If it bothers you so much that people on FR do not approve of animal abuse, perhaps you should find another site to honor with your brilliant opinions. To judge from other posters to this thread, I am not the only one who's sick of your "Babies are being aborted so that makes it OK to torture kittens and puppies" routine.

And since you've put that routine on every single animal abuse thread ever posted to FR (that I've seen) I think we all get your drift by now. Not only do you not seem to be making any converts, but you are bringing the Pro Life position into disrepute by your own callousness and rudeness.

Maybe we should tie some M80s around their testicles....and light them.
Sick kids.

And, Bill Clinton is a thief.
Falwell is a nut.
The Red Cross is a ripoff.
I missed the meteor shower because of clouds.
Everyone who was born in 1728 subsequently died.
No one here is defending Texas.
But, most people with more than a double digit IQ might ask what any of that has to do with the abuse of a kitten.

I was just pointing out that such behavior is rampant at the factory farms that produce the dead carcasses that you eat.I remember the part in Upton Sinclair's book The Jungle where Jurgis ties M-80s to the pig... < /sarcasm>

M-80 suppositories for these scum.

Most animal abuse laws are so weak that the perps get a slap on the wrist.
I wish those laws would change, because many murderers begin their careers by torturing animals. Yep. I'm reminded of Heinlein's comment in Starship Troopers (not to be confused with the movie based on the book jacket by that name) comparing lax child-rearing to letting a dog misbehave without punishment, and then shooting it when you finally run out of patience.
And I know how you feel. I'd be in jail for what I'd do to the person who laid a hand on my kitty.
Not if I was on that jury.

A ridiculous false equivalence. A quick and humane slaughter of an animal raised as food is simply not comparable to the senseless torture of an animal raised to think of itself as one of the family.

Any punishment that you can imagine, after reading this I bet I could do you better. These two worthless punks would be begging the police to come get them
DO NOT mess with a defenseless animal, especially a cat
To: Fraulein
Do you eat animals? Have you ever seen what goes on in a factory farm? So you think that that justifies strapping an M80 to a kitten's neck and lighting it?

The slaughter might be quick, but the lives of animals up until that point are often quite horrendous. (Note: I am talking solely about factory farms here.).

They've pretty much proved they are sadistic killers and insane, they should not be left free in society. They'll eventually move on to humans, probably children.

Tabitha, do you approve of kittens being tortured? I'm not being sarcastic. It's a serious question.

Evil little cowardly toe rags.
The two need watching those who tend to have a bent towards cruelty to animals have a habit of gravitating to cruelty towards fellow humans

The answer to your question is Yes. I lived on a ranch & saw everyday how animals are treated humanely. Were they killed in the end for meat? Yes HUMANELY killed for meat.

Do you eat animals?Yes, and they sure are tasty! That's why God made them out of meat.
Have you ever seen what goes on in a factory farm?
Yes, that's why I eat free range meat and wild game.
