Just now on ABC newscast Peter (alias - Dick) Jennings had the temerity to actually go to Big D - Dallas, Texas and get a 'man-on-the-street' opinion of what Dallasites think of the world in general.
Dubya got the expected high marks all around and then Jennings asked one man what Dallas residents think of things and the man replies:
"Well, nobody like YOU!"
Right in Jennings weasily little face!!
Jennings spun it to mean that folks were mad at media in general, but I guarantee you this guy meant Peter Jennings personally!
Man, what a treat.
I guess ABC wont be planning any more visits to Dalllas anytime soon. BEEEEEAAUUUUTIFFFULLLLL!!
He's a liberal media hack, whose snobby attitude places him above us 'lowly American' conservative thinking people. At least, in his opinion.
BTW, he works here in the U.S. for ABC and does not pay taxes. It's time for this pr*ck to hit the road.
He's even a bigger 'major league a**hole' than the original (if you can imagine that) - Adam Clymer, IMO.

I have lived and traveled all around the U.S. (except for the northeast) and live in West Texas. No sticky here. Hot, yes...blue skies, breeze and not humid, dry as a bone. It is hot and sticky in almost every state east of Arizona. I lived in Chicago and North Carolina and D.C., HOT AND STICKY. You'd love it here.
Aw, come on now....we didn't want em either!! Giving the USA George W. Bush ought to make up for that, huh? :-)
It seemed like a pretty crude effort at self-censorship. But I guess it answers the question of how out of touch and dumb these people really are...

What This Means
Besides this very foolish live sample, Jennings is also appearing in Town Hall meetings, where he is being attacked.
Now, ABC is owned by Disney, whose profits dropped by 82% last quarter. Eisner, the former wunderkind of the entertainment industry (and ego extraordinaire) does NOT like hearing that ABC News is losing viewers! He wants to keep his job!
So Jennings, like Bill Mahr, is on the "get your numbers up or else" tour. This is a good thing.
It lets us know that the ABC people are feeling the heat, AND as a bonus, it is personally humiliating to Peter Jennings.
Life is good.
Gotta little hum going in my head right now ('tis a beautiful day in the neighborhood, a beautiful day in the neighborhood . . .) sorry; Wish I could've seen that; Way to slam Peter Pinhead!!!
