Somehow, I think Massad Ayoob isn't too happy with this report.

He is right, thats why he has training classes across the country.

Who is this Massad Ayoob? Was he a Marine? A Ranger? Or maybe he's just trashing the Constitution to sell a few more training courses. But he swore to support the Constitution. Another example of Cultural Pollution. Deport him.
