Memo to Bill: Stay Away

Memo to Bill: Stay Away

Yonkers: As someone involved in and affected by the events of Sept. 11, I have a request for former President Bill Clinton: Please do not attend any event that involves the members of the New York City Fire Department. Do not attend any memorial service, concert or other gathering. And, most importantly, do not set foot on that hallowed site known as Ground Zero.

In my opinion (and it is one shared by most of my FDNY brethren), Mr. Clinton is the single individual in this country most responsible for the events of that infamous day. His emasculation of the military and our intelligence agencies contributed significantly to the evil perpetrated on so many innocent Americans.

Please also forward this request to his spouse and their treacherous coterie of blame-America-firsters, multiculturalists and anti-military elitists. Also, tell him that he has finally discovered his legacy: It sits as a smoldering ruin at Liberty and West Sts.

Lt. James McCaffrey, FDNY

I too am waiting for my "Irish-American" family to admit that this lone black sheep Republican was right!!! I realize that the dimwits were the first to greet them off the boat in New York but that debt has been paid in full many times over. It is way past time for all die-hard dimwits to take the blinders off. "Compartmentalizing" is not acceptable and personal behavior does matter. History will condemn the reign of the clintons as the worst, most far-reaching and long-term disaster to ever befall this country.

Thank you and all members of the NYFD, Lt. McCaffrey. Unbelievable displays of bravery and humanity at the WTC, the Concert for New York and Rockaway have shown this country finally and definitively who the real heroes are. And it ain't rock stars or ballplayers!!! And it definitely ain't politicians who debut on MTV!

Bless Lt. McCaffrey of the FDNY!

The real people of NYC are finding their voices and letting it be known that the "duo ex's" are equal partners in the complicity that wrought this horror on NYC and the Nation!

What the Democrats of that time stood for, when they greeted our relatives off the boat, was limited government, states' rights, and Jeffersonianism. That is to say, the opposite of what the Democrats now stand for. Loyalty to our ancestors means opposing the present-day Democrats, as Al Smith already realized, back in the 1930's.

It's going to be a long, lonely and painful five more years for the junior senator..........if she lasts that long.

This heartfelt letter says, in very simple words what at least 50% of the country is thinking. Give that man the Pulitzer!

"right wing extremists warn the hallowed Bill Clinton to stay away"

Something more along the lines of "UNGRATEFUL right-wing extremist spurns the attentions of our god".

But, holy cow, I can't believe the Snooze printed this. Weird stuff is happening in New York.

If Clinton failed to entirely emasculate our military, I don't think that's for want of trying.

Oh but I disagree- BIG TIME. Bush has done EVERYTHING to change the military since January 21st. He has shown our precious military RESPECT. Liberals don't get that, they don't understand that bombing aspirin factories and playing peace keeper under UN control, they also don't understand that disabling intelligence and mocking our military (see bill and hill and the stories regarding their insulting attitude towards our military members) crushes the spirit. Bush has let it be known in no uncertain terms that he respects and upholds our military-long before the Sept 11 attack. He has elevated the morale, Yehudi, and that is EVERYTHING! ( Not to mention the money now going to increase and improve housing and the new drive to keep the best enlisted by offering better salaries and incentives!) Heck-the difference between clinton and President Bush can be seen in the snap of their individual salutes. One is sharp and meaningful, the other was sluggish and improper.

Your point is why I was amazed it was published. Perhaps the worm is turning...although I often feel that with the Clintons we are playing that "whack a mole" game. No matter how many times you think they are really, really gone, they pop up somewhere else.

I look forward to the day when CSPAN does a VH-1 like documentary of Where Are They Now, on Obubba Been Laiden. I hope to see him bloated as big as Jerrold Gonadler, living in the sleaziest mobile home park in Las Vegas, with hardly a penny to his name. Oh yeah, and not even Viagra will help his case of impotence!!
