The military has survived in spite of Clinton.

Remember, your boy "loathed the military."

Well here is something that you can certainly give the credit to "your" Clinton.

Subject: Interesting and sad

BILLY BOY

If Only..YOU ..HAD..FOLLOWED ...THROUGH

. After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which killed six and injured 1,000, President Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed five U.S. military personnel, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed 19 and injured 200 U.S. military personnel, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1998 bombing of U.S. embassies in Africa, which killed 224 and injured 5,000, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 and injured 3 U.S.sailors, Clinton promised that those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

Maybe if Clinton had kept his promise, an estimated 7,000 people would be alive today.

---------------------------------------------- 2. An interesting question:

This question was raised on a Philly radio call-in show. Without casting stones, it is a legitimate question.

There are two men, both extremely wealthy. One develops relatively cheap software and gives hundreds of millions of dollars to charity. The other sponsors terrorism.

That being the case, why is it that the US government has spent more money chasing down Bill Gates over the past ten years than Osama bin Laden?

--------------------------------------- 3. It is a strange turn of events. Hillary gets $8 Million for her forthcoming memoir. Bill gets about $12 Million for his memoir. This from two people who have spent the past 8 years being unable to recall anything about past events!

Incredible, the lack of follow up by someone who is supposed to protect the interests of our country.

What I find missing in the discussion of the problem of Clintonoids still in DoD is the effect of the nonpartisan Senator Jeffords . . . and little note made in our discussion at least, of
. . . Christopher Dodd of Connecticut . . . drove further wedges in the once-solid bipartisan national-security consensus . . .

. . . Dodd currently is chairman of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee and chief of a Foreign Relations Committee panel responsible for the Western Hemisphere and fighting narcoterrorism. It is Dodd who is blocking President Bush's choice, Otto Reich, to lead the State Department's Western Hemisphere division, from which battles against narcoterrorism could be fought effectively.

Mr. Rendon (Rendon Group)previously served as Executive Director and National Political Director of the Democratic National Committee; Executive Director of the Commission on Presidential Nomination and Party Structure; Director of Scheduling for President Carter's 1980 national general election campaign; and member of President Carter's senior campaign staff.

I knew I wasn't imagining things! Here's a sample of what I remember:

In 1997, 24 generals went to see Secretary of Defense Bill Cohen and resigned en masse. They were sick and tired of arguing and fighting with their own government for equipment, weapons, ammunition, and decent pay for their troops.

Clinton's response? The generals were all threatened with court martial and told that their "retirements" would be spread out over a year's time so as not to embarrass the administration -- and that if any of them spoke truthfully about their resignations, they'd lose their retirement benefits.

This goes to show, a military hating, draft dodging, bureaucratic ignorant academia lead presidency, almost ruined our Country.

We still have people in the Senate continuing the obstructionist job, Clinton, Daschle, Leahy and others, deliberately trying to block the president's efforts to save our Country.

Here's a link to an article by Geoff Metcalf in WorldNetDaily that sheds a little light on the resignation of the 24 generals. I'm still looking for a list of names.

The excrement of propaganda

I'm still a bit html rusty so I hope this works.

Thanks for saying that, so I didn't have to! Looks like every bureaucracy left over from Bubba needs a good enema. I must admit Mr. Rumsfeld is one hot 68 year old! Hope all is well with you, McGavin999.
