Great article - Here's a picture of just how much of a pervert Clinton is and how the youth of America even made fun of him. Why is this moron laughing?

PICTURE OF 1ST PERJUROR & PERVERT

I thought that this piece was very well written, especially for a 17-year-old person.

And I agree. Thanks :)

Thanks for posting- this young man is already a better writer than some who are paid to do it.... should he lean in that direction, he'll do fine. Rather than rant against The Nameless One, I'll just post this:

-clintonism in one easy lesson--

Thanks for the encouraging comments. Having met many intelligent and articulate young people such as this one, I am still optimistic about the political future and conservative leadership of this country. I believe that tomorrow's conservative leadership is more conservative than today's leaders are and will put that charlatan Bill Clinton and his political cronies in jail where they belong. All the hampering that we get from the cynics only heightens our resolve.

I remember 1992 well as it was my first election. I knew the fix was in after the New Hampshire Primary when all the major media were reporting on this putz even though he finished third to Tsongas, who was the front-runner, and Jerry Brown, who actually might be one of the very few principled democrats out there. I believe this is how he got his "comeback kid" moniker.

The memory of his slick, MTV-produced campaign sickens me to this day.

What a spoiled little punk. Why doesn't he trade places with his counterpart in Afghanistan, Iraq, or Sudan. It would not take him two week to discover that American, even under Clinton, was not such a bad place to live. My parents faced poverty and double-digit unemployment when they were his age. My dad did not go out for sports his senior year because he had to work to help feed his family. Six months after I graduated from high school I was on my way Vietnam. This spoiled brat may never have a draft number or see a shot fired in anger.

What he needs to do is get out in the real world for a few years. The fact that he has the luxury to indulge in such sanctimonius pontifications instead of worrying about where his next meal was coming from or what if his draft number might get drawn might suggest why America "tolerated" Clinton. Bill Clinton left office with an economy near full-employment, budget surpluses, and the country in a relative state of peace. Something no other President had accomplished in nearly four decades.

This does not mean America condoned what he did. It simply means they are willing to tolerate some personal imperfections after forty years of real problems.

Your argument is severely irrational and reeks of PMS.

I consider myself a compassionate young person with no political agenda or ax to grind while growing up in the 1990's. It is precisely for this reason that people should objectively consider the points raised in this writing. I think in the fullness of time, sociologists will study and debate the ramifications of issues raised herein. America is a great nation with a heritage that is the envy of the world. People often try not to be too judgmental. But there are times when events require a judgment, when a sophisticated society must definitively declare something right or wrong. It is my contention that at some point during the Clinton years, Americans unambiguously should have said, " enough…we will tolerate this no more." Time will tell.

The preamble to the Constitution speaks of securing "the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity." We conservatives take that as a serious obligation, in consideration of what we appreciate that our ancestors did for us. Note well, the Constitution does not speak of "our children" but "our posterity"--people yet unborn.

The liberal trivializes "posterity" by speaking of "the children", and sees no need of great foresight to see their needs. The liberal thinks thus to evade the dreaded "long run"; classically defined by Keynes "In the long run we are all dead." We, personally, yes--but society, "the village", will continue. And if we are not to leave a mean and niggardly legacy to our posterity we must study the lessons of the distant and the recent past in order to define sustainable policies which will not disgrace our memory when viewed in retrospect.

By contrast, liberals follow journalism, the profession dedicated to the moment and to the denigration of memory.

I am looking forward to reading this young man's book. His essay so far says PRECISELY what most FReepers have been saying for years.

Kids like this give me some hope, not much, but some hope for the future.

This response is to all Freepers. I heard a guest on Bill O'Reilly's show talking about "recalling" a city council person. Can the people of New York "recall" Senator Hillary? I have observed from afar the lack of involvement and the look of disdain that she has for anyone trying to help this country. Senator Hillary is in this only for herself and none other.

Journalism is a great occupation and a sound way to dedicate one's life, provided it is done earnestly, honestly, and ethically. The problem with a lot of the journalism nowadays, is that not enough conservatives go into this occupation and I am going to work to make the media a more ethical and honest place. The art of hard-hitting investigative journalism needs to be revived more often also.

"Bill Clinton left office with an economy near full-employment, budget surpluses..."

None of which was of his doing. Clinton was only in the right place at the right time. Other than that he is nothing more than a male slut.

We are of the same generation and you're right - this guy exceeded even the lowest antics of Nixon. No doubt in my mind that Clinton will be remembered as one of the worst presidents of our history who was blessed by a good economy fueled by the American people's ingenuity and hard work. I must say, however, that for all his putrid ways, I still give LBJ the "honors" of the most dishonorable president of all time.

As to the article, my son is about this author's age. I'm amazed to see how closely their ideas track. It took the last 2 years of Clinton and this current unpleasantness to wake him up, but I'm pleased to have raised another conservative!

Brilliant analysis of x42 and so true. He has corrupted many of the youth's of this nation, but were it not for the constant vigilence of dedicated and moral parent's he would have succeded 100%...
