The Board stole more than $480 million dollars from donors,
sold the donated blood back to hospitals (and burnt the rest to keep the price high),
and no doubt sold the DNA provided by donors if the above is true.

Unbelievable.

Unbelievable.

Unbelievable.

Unbelievable.

Unbelievable.

I'm sure they didn't just give it away. They have lifestyles to maintain.

I'm sure OUR Red Cross would never do something so underhanded.

but the Herald was threatened with a Supreme Court injunction by the Australian Red Cross Blood Service after it asked how the blood was obtained.
Could someone explain how the .au government works? It looks like the newspaper wanted to find out some info and the AuRCBS protested to the supreme court? Huh?

The Red Cross has always been a totally corrupt money grabbing operation.

A friend of mine that was flying forest service helicopters in forest fires in the 60s was charged a dollar for a stale donut and a cup of coffee by the Red Cross who set up their "services" at the refueling, water loading, and rest area which was a lot of money back then.

How do you like that "verbal consent" claim! Unbelievable.

Verbal agreements stopped being valid in about 1570.

Ooops! Wait till you read what I just wrote to you on another thread!

Great thing about FR, you can be civil on one thread, while lobbing bombs at each other on another.

DNA is a private matter, but if there is money to be made........ privacy goes out the window.
