When Bill Clinton spoke at Georgetown University last week, he said very clearly that America is paying a price for slavery of the past and that native Americans were disposessed and killed. This pushing of collective guilt inherited from centuries past, is a shamless sham that insults American intelligence. To say Americans are paying a price today because of those sins is grotesque. Clinton thinks America should pay for the education of children in other countries because it is cheaper than going to war, as he puts it. This is the kind of thinking by liberals like Clinton, has put us where we are today. There is no doubt about it.
