Black Republicans Suffered Worst in Florida Vote Count

The most interesting aspect to emerge from the media's Florida presidential election recount efforts may be this: Republicans - black Republicans, to be specific - suffered the highest rate of ballot spoilage by far.

"At first glance, the numbers confirm the disturbing claims, repeated often this year, that African-American ballots were 'spoiled' - that is, not counted because they showed either no vote for president or multiple votes - at higher rates than the ballots of other groups," wrote John R. Lott Jr. and James K. Glassman in Monday's Los Angeles Times.

"But if spoiled ballots do indicate disenfranchisement, then the new data show that, by a dramatic margin, the group most victimized in the Florida voting was African-American Republicans," the duo contended.

"The new findings show that African-American Republicans who voted in Florida were in excess of 50 times more likely than the average African-American to have had a ballot declared invalid because it was spoiled."

Another heretofore overlooked detail uncovered by Lott and Glassman: Among white voters, Republicans were much more likely than Democrats to have spoiled ballots.

"We found that the overall rate of spoiled ballots was 14 percent higher when the county election supervisor was a Democrat and 31 percent higher when the supervisor was an African-American Democrat."

The new numbers suggest that there may have been a concerted attempt to suppress the votes of more than 20,000 of the Sunshine state's black Republicans, Lott and Glassman said.

Why are we finding these ballots in preferred sectors of society?

Because of the ability to cheat?

On the contrary... it demonstrates the Republicans' higher thinking ability because to have their ballot spoiled it would have had to have been a vote for Bush!

As a matter of the evidence, it actually demonstrates criminal tampering with the ballots. See my last post above.

No surprise here. The Dems know that a high spoilage rate indicates that the voters were voting Republican! Here's how it works:
One of the earliest of the Democrat fixes for the punch-type ballot has every 10th or 12th ballot pre-punched for Gore. (No one inspects their ballot for a pre-punch and if the voter discovers a pre-punch, he is simply issued another ballot) ... if the voter with the pre-punched votes for Gore, there's no change to the ballot, and it is "unspoiled." But if the voter votes for Buchanan or Bush, the pre-punch for Gore "spoils" the ballot.

Why isn't that important?

It's very important!! I'm just pointing out that there are many people out there who refuse to believe that so many would be so willing to cheat to keep their "guys" in power. Taxhater's (and others) arguement is that it's statistically impossible to tamper with enough ballots to effectively steal an election; in particular the 2000 Presidential election, and (somewhat) Hillary's New York Charade.

Their arguements do not account for massive widespread cheating in Democratically controlled urban voting districts, and the effect this cheating has upon the veracity of the actual official "vote tabulation".

The spoiled ballots of black Republicans are an indication that voters in predominantly black precincts had their ballots run through Gore-punching Votamatics by "precinct workers" at the end of election day, just like everyone else who voted in their precincts. . .

Hope this helps.

Why do I get the feeling that McAuliffe does not want real voting reform that would mean no more multiple voters, no more dead votes, and no more tossed out military votes.
