THis sounds crazy, but I'd been reliving my youth listening to my Ramones records this weekend. I slept fitfully last night, with a serious sinking feeling. The tune Rockaway beach kept playing in my dreams. At one point I dreamed of a town's horizon washed in blood. Woke me up.

That type of dream is almost always a call to prayer. Especially when it wakes you up. We haven't been taught that God sometimes warns through dreams. When you pray in these cases you may never hear that your prayer was answered because the tragedy was averted.

There are multiple reasons to beleive it was NOT a SAM. SAM leaves a very prominant stream of rocket booster smoke leading from launch point on ground to impact point on A/C. It's called the "flaming datum." Makes it very easy to shoot at launcher in battlefield scenario.

Ever see one launched? Think Shuttle but smaller. Would be visable for miles. Also, is VERY loud when launched. That would be reported as well. It was not.

Last thing we need here are irresponsible posts.

Sounds like maybe a bomb onboard, not trying to panic, just sounds odd. Eyewitness reports pieces of plane falling from the air, a 4X4 piece of plane hit the hood of a car.

Morning programming interrupted to announce that a commercial plane has crashed in a residential section of The Rockaways near Kennedy Airport, and that at least four houses are on fire at the crash scene. No other details yet.

I HAVE BEEN TELLING YOU SHEEPLE FOR SEVERAL YEARS THAT PLANES OUT OF JFK ARE BEING BOMBED/SHOT DOWN WHATEVER DUE TO TERRORIST ACTIVITY.

I will repeat now that NEARLY EVERY UNEXPLAINED 'ACCIDENT' OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS IS COMING OUT OF JFK.

1. TWA 800

2. Swiss Air

3. Egypt Air

4. Concorde (returing to JFK)

5. Crash in Nova Scotia Canada (this may be #2 above, can't remember)

6. Today's 'accident'

Every single time, the government/media tells us that 'there is no evidence it was a terrorist event'. Yet, they also tell us THAT THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE THAT A TERRORIST ATTACK WILL OCCUR.

WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR YOU SHEEPLE TO GET IT? IT IS 100% OBVIOUS THAT THIS WAS A TERRORIST ATTACK. IT IS EQUALLY OBVIOUS THAT THE GOV/MEDIA COMPLEX FOR SOME REASON THINKS IT IS BEST NOT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS.

I have told friends and family repeatedly NOT TO FLY INTO OR OUT OF JFK. I have also warned Freepers not to do this. I repeat this warning. Please wake up. Please step back and see the obvious.

I am white-knuckle city any time I am on one of those fly-by-wire Airbus planes.

Call me paranoid, but I have no trust in fly-by-wire technology. I'd feel a lot safer if the pilots had a mechanical connection to the control surfaces.

Maybe I'd be more trusting if I wasn't a software developer. The idea of a subtle bug, or a tiny bit of oxide dirtying a contact to a memory card, or some similar "minor" glitch standing between the pilot and the wings just gives me the shivers.

Sounds like a bomb to me. I'm taking the train to my in-laws for Christmas for this very reason -- they don't screen all the bags for explosives -- THAT's insane. after the O'Hare incident, my wife and I looked at each other and said, "F--k it, we're taking the train."

Once again, the media will begin filtering out the "debris" and "explosion" accounts from eyewitnesses.

According to American it was an Airbus 300 outward bound for the Dominican. Fl 587.Callers to WPIX report an explosion in or around an engine and plane nosedived into Rockaway. The area is known as Belle Harbor/Neponsit. I believe it's St. Francis de Sales Parish. Breezy point is about 3 miles west at the western tip of the Rockaways.

So far no witnesses claim to have seen a missile trail so it may be that this is an old fashioned plane crash, though that's not much consolation for the familes of those in the air or on the ground. The last thing St. Francis de Sales needs is more funerals.
