Well, we do know about 80 of those suitcase size nuke units were missing after the fall of the Soviet Union. And one of those devices is not too difficult to move. He won't use a missle he will use people to move it and detonate it. And even if he does not have a full nuke he can use a "dirty bomb" which can be as crude as a regular bomb wrapped in radio-active material.It can be quite devastating in a confined area such as Manhatten.Its fear factor alone would be awesome and that is something the terrorist mind looks at.Holy cow, look at the reaction to the anthrax for the first couple of weeks.Bin Ladin is one scary guy.
