Community activist Ricky Weiser said she saw a young boy stare at the clothesline exhibit. Then she heard his mother say, "No dear, they're corn cobs." I bet Mom will regret saying that after she catches Junior putting salt and butter on his privates.

Our tax dollars hard at work. I bet they don't fly the flag for fear of offending someone.

"Marcelee Gralapp, longtime library director, initially refused a staff request to display a large American flag from the glass ceiling at the library's south entrance."

Don't forget about the two old ladies who walked out on the exhibit...
Gladys: "That was so disgusting and inappropriate, I still can't get over the size of the big red one"
Betty: "That was a fire extinguisher"

You put a piece of artwork that is for "mature adults" in the middle of a library that also has a childrens section that is designed to attract children to the library. Yea, that's a good idea.
Let me make another prediction. There are no internet filters for porn on the computers in the library. And they don't stop children from accessing porn sites because children have rights too.

Next, they could have a string of clymers (anus) and call them, "clintons".

"The whole point of the exhibit is to make people think about domestic violence," Ripley said. "The Safehouse is trying to bring it to the public's attention." Yet another attempt to firmly lock-in the notion of "Men bad! Cause hurt to women and children! Be better if they left."
And the indoctrination goes on.....

Well, surely they wouldn't mind if somebody added a little bent one labelled "Clinton".

Not surprisingly, Ripley said, the artwork by domestic violence victims features themes about men, women, sexuality and violence. No doubt this "artwork" is part of some kind of therapy for battered wives. The premise? Penises are the cause of your victimhood. Not to belittle the problem of spouse abuse, but the feminist agenda has hijacked the issue. There's gotta be a better therapy for this.

They look like used condoms in that photo.

Actually, she wasn't "stunned" at the outcry. She knew the intent of the "artwork" and presumed that it was OK to taunt and degrade men in such a manner. This is the whole idea that has to be rooted out and destroyed. Men should not simply allow instnace after instance of the attack against the meaning of masculinity.
It is a general point in the "cultural war". Men feel belittled by having to "make something" out of such apparently trivial mischief. The sudden explosion on TV etc. of slapping men's behinds or physical attacks to the crotch should not be allowed to be legitimized.
