I can't be sorry for the openness our society had before 9/11. It was part of what makes us the greatest nation in the world. I am APPALLED that the openness continues (GOOD GRIEF) in time of war, and I am DETERMINED to see my country through this to a time when it's safe to be that way again. We can't stop halfway this time. We have to root out all the terrorist-harboring nations. I'm for the Ottoman Empire, ruled by Turkey, again!

I can't be sorry for the openness our society had before 9/11. I sure am. People like Pat Buchanan have been warning us for years about the risks this country faced if it insisted on maintaining this "open" society that you are so proud of. I've never been a big Buchanan supporter, but I'm humble enough to admit that in this case he is 100% correct.
