The Gaystapo may think that they've won a victory here but this will serve only to rally the forces of good against them. I'm attempting to find information on how to contribute directly to the affected individuals. Until then, donations can be made directly to TakeBackMaryland.com.

I just heard a great anti-gay marriage commerical on WRKO (Rush.) If God wanted men to marry men and woman to marry woman, he would have put it in The Book. AMEN.

It is bend over time for the opponents of gay preference. It seems to me that the petitioners should have to pay only if they failed to get enough valid signatures, therefore wasting the states time and money. If they got enough but still have to pay that is a detriment to exercising the right to gather them.

Why do you want to PREVENT the voters from deciding on this issue?

If the law is as bad as you believe, then it will be struck down when it goes on the ballot.

It seems some people here are just as bad as Liberals in thinking that they know what is better for everyone else.

You make me sick.

I'm delighted to hear that Judge Lerner is assigned to this case. I worked for him and am confident that he will issue a fair decision.

Revise that statement to read "too costly and difficult to be conducted." It is an act of indirect legal prohibittion.
