Why do you want to PREVENT the voters from deciding on this issue?

If the law is as bad as you believe, then it will be struck down when it goes on the ballot.

It seems some people here are just as bad as Liberals in thinking that they know what is better for everyone else.

You make me sick.

I think you better reread the article. The folks at TakeBackMaryland.com are attempting to get the question on the ballot. The Gaystapo doesn't want the people to be allowed to have a voice. If they get TakeBackMaryland.com to drop their challenge, the bill does not go to the ballot and takes effect immediately.

I'll withhold comment here until you have a chance to reread the article, realize your mistake, and retract the rant.

If you live in California, and vote AGAINST homosexual issues, your vote gets struck down in the courts. Voting doesn't always help. Don't support a way of death. If you truly cared about these people, you'd encourage them to turn away from killing themselves and others.

Ummmm.
Because some things can not be changed by a vote?

I bet you thought it was cool when the legislature of Idaho came within one vote of decreeing that Pi was to be exactly 3.14 .
