The answer is no. I expect a real nightmare to occur this week, and Halloween might really be the launch date.Okay, you are on record.
I do not agree or disagree, but I am taking some reasonable precautions.

Ahem. Monday is almost over and there hasn't been a pole shift in public opinion.Incorrect.
Racebannon threatened to wear something lacey and frilly. That constitutes a Grave Public Threat.

"I am disturbed at what I saw tonight."
He did look a bit concerned, didn't he?

Sollog was frequently talked about by that guy on the google chat site who said something was going to happen on Sept 11th and that he would not be back. I know that he was reported to the FBI by numerous people so I am sure they know about Sollog.

"Anyone think they know more than they told us?"

I still cant get away from the feeling that Atlanta has got something to do with this next alert/attack.
First the M.E. man who sprayed the Orlando FHP officer last Friday, tells other FHP he is heading to Atlanta.
Also Friday, my daughter is told by two different M.E. families, that they are not interested in buying her product because they are moving to Atlanta very soon.
Then lastnight my 15 year old son travels on a greyhound bus--and sees 2 M.E. men buying tickets to go from Fla to St Louis--One of them was leaving on the next bus, the other bought tickets for 7 days from now-for 2 people. I check the possible routes online and all of those schedules make stops or transfers in Atlanta. The man who left that evening was holding a nice briefcase with the handle entirely wrapped with saran wrap (I kid you not). He refused to check it as luggage and held it instead.
My son warily asks the guy at the ticket counter "Are those men getting on my bus?" The man laughs and says, "How much would you pay me to keep them off?" They weren't on the same bus, but my son now takes warnings seriously.

You posted, "
What a beautiful place for a wedding. Lucky guests. Thanks for taking the time to wake up the 30 somethings. If only their own parents were as astute as you! "
Thanks for the kind words. The weather was great, and it was beautiful on the coast this weekend!
Re the young people. All of these young 30 somethings are well educated, intelligent and hard workers. I couldn't believe the denial. The conversation started when one of them asked me what I thought would be the next targets. When I said that California would be a target soon, they didn't want to believe me! The young man and his friends thought that there would be more terrorists targets. But for some reason they were in total denial about West Coast/California vulnerability. They live from San Diego to the Bay area so this is something that is probably going on in their economic class up and down the coast!
After discussions of some potential targets of opportunity here in California, they were stunned. They had felt that only mass murder like the WTC event on 9/11 would be possibilities.
Since they are living in a large range, one can assume that this is their form of urban denial. Non of their dads had served in the military, so war is really war removed.
Having said this, these are really fine young men and women and very pro American even if they are in denial.
I discussed this with a friend this Sunday. He and his wife had just got back from Maui and a visit with their 30 something daughter. All of these 30 somethings were in the same denial except his daughter. My friend served in Nam, and he could not believe the denial in young Americans in Hawaii that terrorism would ever hit them. He shook them up when he said that every American was a potential victim, regardless of where we live!

Colorado? No. You are probably thinking about Phoenix. There was a post on it
here.

You sound like you have a "bone" to pick!
To: Lazamataz
You aree smart, Laz. Aspects for the U.S. Chart are not good for this week, beginning today and lasting through Nov 5th... and this isn't the last of it, by a long shot.
All who lurk here, be careful, be alert, and stay out of crowds. Get your supplies ready, and hope that they are not needed.
And no nasty remarks directed my way about astrology. I do not practice the "sun-sign" nonsense you read in your local newspaper... those of you who have ears to hear, hear...
We, the U.S. of A., are under the threat of an attack. The timing is right, and we can only hope that the force is with us...

Oh - I know - I am getting rather weary of listening to several of my friends saying "Oh - I will be SO glad when things FINALLY get back to normal and we can get back to our normal lives again."
They just don't get it.
To: RSADGE
Hi there - I agree with everyone who noticed the ashen look on Ashcroft's face. It is obvious that they know more than they can tell us (which, quite honestly, pisses me off) and that it is very serious. A consultant on Hardball (MSNBC) was stating the same thing. How are we supposed to go about our normal lives with a "heightened state of alert"? BS is what I say. I want to know more.
To: nevergore
Ahhh, I see. Thank you. I didn't think of it in that respect.
