The first time this happened the cops and firemen went ape-shit, stormed the platform, ripped her limb from limb and then had fun running and sliding in her blood on the stage.

Fortunately the government employs this brooding loner who looks suspiciously like Tim McViegh who travels back in time and puts the kibosh on events like this that get out of hand.

Maybe you are trying to deflect from the real rudeness here. Her appearing at a benefit for the New York police and firefighters was the really rude thing here. Given that she has denounced them as nazis and murderers in the past and that would better fit the word dastardly.

How nice of you to drop by and post this. By the by, while you were at Claremont, did you happen to run into my old friend, Tremont Scarbourough-Tippleton III, or Trey, as we called him? You would remember him. He wore those dashing blue blazers, usually with a pasley ascot, linen slacks and those adorable white deck shoes --and no socks! My, how we kidded him about that! Last I heard, he was somewhere in the South of France studying the migratory habits of the blue-billed quisle warbler on some grant or another. Anyway, if you should see him, tell him I said, "Keep your trim to the port side!" He'll know what I mean.

Pity about poor Hillary, don't you think? But what do you expect from such ruffians? I remember seeing thim on TV after the big event and they were all covered with dust and grime, and just didn't seem to have proper regard for deportmemnt at all. I don't recall that a single one saluted when the elected Senator of the People and the State of New York came there to lend a hand. Populists, indeed!

I fully sympathize with your dilemma (or is it a dilemma or a paradox? I forget which.) Do you on the other hand think it would be proper for members of the elegant class such as ourselves to boo the booers? You know, until you came along and mentioned the unfortunate incident I hadn't even noticed them, except for my maid of course, but that's another story, quite personal at that.
