Do as he says, not as he does: In his latest burst of left-wing hypocrisy, egomaniacal media billionaire Ted Turner says America must be "humble."
"If you're rich and powerful, you better be nice and humble. ... You can get a lot more cooperation out of people if they like you," Turner, who is rich and powerful but the opposite of nice and humble, said in a rambling and occasionally foul-mouthed speech Wednesday in Washington, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported today.
The CNN founder and AOL Time Warner vice chairman displayed his usual blame-America-first bent. "As soon as the Cold War ended, we once again, to a large degree, withdrew from international affairs," Turner said. "And as the world's sole superpower, we left a tremendous vacuum in the world. ...
"Americans are woefully uninformed at the current time about international news in general, and I've always said we were doing that at our peril," he said at the Woodrow Wilson Center.
The rabidly pro-Moscow Turner sees a bright side to the terrorist attacks: a chance for the U.S. to kiss up to Russia and bring it into NATO.
"If you've ever been not allowed to join a club, and you want to join, you know how much it hurts to be insulted like that - because you're Jewish or black or just talk a little too much or are Southern or whatever," he said. "I've had it happen to me on numerous occasions, and it makes you mad as hell.
"It hurts people's feelings when they're excluded, and there's no reason to exclude [Russia]. They want to join the West. In fact, they are a part of Europe, for God's sake. Let's let 'em in."
Gee, how out of character for Ted.

In any case, the President should ask him to leave the country, along with every single person in this country that does not have the proper credentials. The fact that the FBI says we could come under attack from sleeper terrorist from within this country should be a good enough reason to deport all of them. As for Commie Ted, I would love to humble his sorry ass myself.

This guy must be off his meds again. He's the one who said Christianity is for losers and told practicing Catholics at CNN they shouldn't be working there, and now he's all for inclusion and not hurting people's feelings?
The punk was born rich, ran with the Newport Yacht set from the time he was a teen, (he even earned a nick-name there --- Captain Outrageous) and he claims he's been 'excluded' on numerous occasions? I'm sure he has. Excluded by people who don't care to be around an insufferable egomaniac. I wouldn't want to be around him either.

He's right for a change. CNN has been disinforming the public all these years. And now the "peril" CNN faces comes for the "fair and balanced" FOX news network.
She obviously found, and lost Jesus. Maybe she wanted to lose.........Ted! What do ya think? Do 2 self-absorbed, self-agrandizing, morally worthless people make a "couple" or a "marriage", is there any way to count this? If you "find Jesus" just to get out of a relationship (no soul mate intended) doesn't that just throw you farther in "the hole of Hell"? You don't find Jesus and give him up at your whim. You'll be asked to pay for that, and pay you will. Ted just cultivates his evil, right out in public. Ted must know where he's going (this could be an explaination as to his wealth....He signed the Contract in blood). It would explain why an idiot made his fortune and has this code of morals.
