Update-Update-Update!!!!

I am sorry not to have responded sooner to many replies and freepmails. I had two errands to run and Lawrence Welk Show to watch with teenagers. I have been busy doing background research for the project. I have freepmailed Jim Robinson and am awaiting his approval and input before I kick-off project. I apologize to so many of you for not letting you in on the details.

I have communicated the real plan to a select handfull of long time freepers. I have also communicated two sets of false plans to many other freepers. I am sorry to have done this but at a time like this I must use all the intelligence and cunning at my command. You never know but you might be married to a DU plant. (The word "Plant" seems to fit in well with DU, doesn't it.)

I assure you that the duplicity will make sense in the end. I thought I was being paranoid when I first hatched this plan and the related disinformation campaign. But I see from links here that DU is spying on us. I do not think there is anything that they can do at this point to derail the real plan, but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of care.

Please bump this just so that we can all stay in touch. I do not need any more volunteers right for the main project. However, I appreciate all monitoring that you can do at DU related to banned posters at that site and their activism projects. With the help of DU, bartcop, and the other demo sites, this will be a rousing sucess.

Some of you thought I was crazy when I switched my party affiliation to the Democrats earlier in the year. Crazy like a fox! parsy.

As I said on the other thread, the beauty of Parsifal's plan is that it is a form of Aikido. It uses the enemy's own aggressive energy against them. The more they agitate, the more they scramble, the more they second guess and plan counter-attacks, the more they help to assure our victory. Remember, Parsifal is a law student. His plan has been vetted for liability and even if they do sue, I have confidence that no court in the land can stop it. The law is clear that we are entitled to do it at least once before they can even respond to it. Even JimRob can't stop it if he wanted to...the wheels are already in motion...

If it's not illegal ... it should be .... it should be - it's no different than sending out a computer virus to disrupt the internet. These acts of cyber-VANDALISM is the same. It's purpose is to shut down or otherwise disrupt internet traffic to a site. I understand that the lawsuits are against the site itself, but this does little good. What really needs to happen is to bring criminal charges against the members that organize and participate these acts of vandalism and conspiracy. These secret e-mails, decoder rings, codes etc. that they use through the e-mail to organize the Freep is a conspiracy - it's planned and the purpose is to vandalize another person's property. Websites are just as much property as your home is - and if someone tosses eggs at your house that's vandalism and it is criminal. Therefore, their egg toss at websites are the same thing. In a nutshell, all those threads we've been peeking at are proof of a conspiracy plot to commit vandalism.

Listen my friend this what our "friends" at DU(h) have said. Apparently they are "concerned and nervous" about what we are about to do ... and they are starting to plan retribution ... (like bin laden) Now are you sure that we have checked ALL the legal ramifications about it and there is NOTHING legally they can do about it ... the first time thru ???? I don't care about myself as I am highly computer literate and can hide what I do, but I know that you're an attorney an may not have that level of expertise. BUT if you want ... I will ensure that no trail leading to any of us can be followed. I will add that to my list of tasks if you wish. Your wish is my command ... For freedom truth and liberty ... Actually, I have already graduated and passed the bar. Got one little teeny step to go. Thank you for your lucid explanation. I think AiKido is a good analogy. I planned this according to Tao principles. There is a natural way to which all things tend to go. Sometimes if you let things happen naturally, with just a teeny weeny bit of deflection, you end up with THE ULTIMATE FREEP! parsy.

Trust me on the legal stuff! We're OK there. Now as far as JHOFFA's discovery, that will require more research. First, to verify the information, second, for us to put that in a form that will not backfire on us. That is one reason why there has been a security clampdown. The original project is a shoe-in! All DU, Bartcop, and the other feeble attempts to duplicate FR, can do is stand back and kick themselves for being idiots while we PARTY! The possible new development, though, is more serious and we need to really research that before initiating. parsifal.

I have spoken to two lawyers from 2 different law firms (friends of mine) and they both verified that this is perfectly legal to do at least once. After that, success or failure may depend on the response. So the trick will be to use our attack wisely in order to elicit a response that will catapult this plan beyond the point of no return.

One thing is certain, every Freeper will have a role when the time comes. And even those who do not participate will bask in the victory. I feel honored that Parsifal shared his plan with me and I am happy to do what I can to help. I think there are a few i's to dot and t's to cross before Parsifal gives the go ahead, so I await his cue. But reading what's going on over there leads me to believe that they will give us the response we desire. I am confident and hopeful that we will win, and that our victory will go down in history just as Parsifal said.

LOL. They have no idea how helpful that post of their actually is! Bwahahahahahah! Actually, I think in some ways it can be traced, so participants will have to be careful to use library computers/kinkos/cybercafe's etc if they don't want their IP addresses logged. Maybe if you have good software and a flexible ISP it can be done, but I will have to take your expertise in this manner since I am no computer expert.
