Actually, I think in some ways it can be traced, so participants will have to be careful to use library computers/kinkos/cybercafe's etc if they don't want their IP addresses logged. Maybe if you have good software and a flexible ISP it can be done, but I will have to take your expertise in this manner since I am no computer expert.
