the cigarette question on the other thread.

I'm not a Brady Boomer.  Real Boomer a few years to sooner.

Thus I remember #5, Edie Adams singing this one for Muriel Cigars!

"Hmm...,Land of the Lost, I liked that giant safety pin they used to climb down off giant tables."

Umm... That was Land of the GIANTS.

"Framed freep"--haha. I wonder what that means. I've never heard of Beanie and Cecil, but the hubby threw it out there when I asked him what came on after Land of the Lost. He says it was a cartoon about a boy and a sea serpent.

Cool. My swim team worked out at both West Valley and De Anza during the summer. Westmont Swim Team/Santa Clara Swim Team... Ring a bell?

OK, You're both a little bit older than me. But, hey, Bay Area.... Just looking for people where 'home' used to be. I kinda miss it... Although, Texas is pretty nice.

And of course, we faithfully watched The Brady Bunch every Friday night.

Speak for yourself. The show nauseated me...

I'm watching All in the Family right now! Archie is sooo funny!

You are aware that this is the way that Hollywood began the PC crap on America, right? Archie was supposed to have been modeled on what Hollywood wanted the rest of America to think of conservatives, e.g., uneducated, bombastic, intolerant, bigoted, etc.

Personally, I thought the show was ridiculous even at the pre-teenager stage.
