Fellow FReepers, as far as I (and his family know), Herb was not murdered as a consequence of his National Retail Sales Tax work.

It was, and here there is much conjecture, a local dispute with either a neighbor or a former employee.

I will update you as soon as I have any further information.

Hi Tax,. I'm just dumbfounded, without words, and heart broken. Someone murdered a friend of ours. We can't let it just sit. Are there any witnesses?? Anyone leaving the scene?? Was he working on something really important? What the hell happened!!!!! I'm just so sick to my stomach, I'm sick of crying when I saw this. I have corresponded with him for several years. We were brothers and sisters in the Military and more importantly in Christ!!. Please Please ping me with anything on this K??? Please......:o(

Chief Negotiator,.. I'm going to miss you so bad. Its going to be hard to laugh without you. It will be hard to have someone whose words held merit, and intellect, that I could learn from.
