HOW TO STOP ISLAMIC TERRORISTS...... it worked once in our History...
Once in U.S. history an episode of Islamic terrorism was very quickly stopped. It happened in the Philippines about 1911, when Gen. John J. Pershing was in command of the garrison. There had been numerous Islamic terrorist attacks, so 'Black Jack' told his boys to catch the perps and teach them a lesson.

Forced to dig their own graves, the terrorists were all tied to posts, execution style. The U.S. soldiers then brought in pigs and slaughtered them, rubbing their bullets in the blood and fat. Thus, the terrorists were terrorized; they saw that they would be contaminated with hogs' blood.

This would mean that they could not enter Heaven, even if they died as terrorist martyrs.

All but one was shot, their bodies dumped into the grave,and the hog guts dumped atop the bodies. The lone survivor was allowed to escape back to the terrorist camp and tell his brethren what happened to the others. This brought a stop to terrorism in the Philippines for the next 50 years.

Pointing a gun into the face of Islamic terrorists won't make them flinch. They welcome the chance to die for Allah. Like Gen. Pershing, we must show them that they won't get to Muslim heaven (which they believe has an endless supply of virgins) but instead will die with the hated pigs of the devil.

My grand-dad served under Pershing in the Mexican and European campaigns. Armored Calvary -- lied about his age and joined at 14. He was a very tough guy. He and his brother became NYC Sand-Hogs after the war. In the tunnels, the two brothers took out 12 thugs in a brawl at shovel-point.

A neighbor of mine -- a gypsy, btw -- had an uncle who was a teamster under General Black Jack. After the war he went back to the family trade -- robbing banks. He was on the lam on the East Side of NYC after a robbery, and saw a runaway six-horse wagon. He walked out into the middle of the street in front of it and grabbed the harnesses and got the rig under control. Saved a few lifes. Lammed it out to the western territories for a few years.

I have serious doubts about the veracity of this article. It claims that this action ended islamic violence for 50 years. However, if you go to the history books, you find out that the insurrection was by a group called the Moros, and the insurrection ended with the four-day battle of Bagsak Mountain on Jolo Island in the Philippines, which took place from 11 to 15 June 1913 - two years after this event supposedly took place.

The article contends that Pershing's method stopped terrorism, not necessarily the insurrection. The insurrection could have continued without the use of terrorist tactics.

So for two years a rebel force will abstain from terrorism but will still stage attacks? That makes no sense. I have seen this sourced from an e-mail and some Christian research group which seemed more interested in allegory than in history. Until I see better historical documentation than that, I will treat this as myth.

Sorry, had some garbage attached from another thread. Can't vouch for the veracity of that particular event. But this one seems inconsisent with documented history, and the sources are not verifiable.

Didn't the rumor (fact?) that the British were giving cartridges lubricated in animal (pig and beef) fat to it's Colonial troops (East India Company) one of the causes of the 1857 Sepoy Revolt?

There was also the rumor that the British used square bullets on the 'eathan enemy troops (Moslem) while reserving round bullets for Christian opponents.

It's okay. Take a nap and wait for another strike. When you wake up, maybe you can serve your country? the United States of America? BTW, What is the word "kult?" Further, I do not think that the United States military is coating M16 rounds with pork. It would tend to jam the weapon.
