I listen to Michael Savage every day. I think he has been too impatient with President Bush, and he will soon eat crow (as he does from time-to-time).
By the way, I haven't heard Michael Savage refer to our enemies as "ragheads". Maybe there's something to that.

Don't sweat the full moon that much -- I found a calculator for moonrise times: Kabul's moonrises will be between roughly 4AM and 7AM over the next 3-4 days. Darkness is still our friend.

Maybe Bush can offer them Isreal for their cooperation.

What Bush said: "You are with us, or you are with the terrorists."
Translation: "You are with us, or unless you have oil, you are with the terrorists."

Care for some cheese to go with that whine? At least everyone who searches for your posts first thing every morning when they log onto FR will know why you disappeared all of the sudden. Please do watch out for that doorknob on your way out; it hurts when it catches you right in the middle of your butt.

Maybe you ought to do one of those "I'm leaving and never coming back" vanity threads. We haven't had one in a while, it might be a nice distraction.

We don't need these countries...that is why the Kitty Hawk left Japan with an empty flight deck....She will be used as a helicopter base to launch SF attacks...whenever she gets in place...look-out!

addressed to someone, and NO post represented. Even lurking isn't any fun anymore. I'm sorry FreeRepublic.com isn't adhering to your definition of "fun". But that's just tough.
The reason FR isn't "fun" right now, is because many supposed "conservatives" have no patience or faith in our leader. Every item of disinformation is believed, and Bush is criticized on a daily basis for "waffling," even though it is clear that he is not.
Everyone needs to calm down. Take a pill or something. Jeez.

It has already been rendered all but inoperative.... You understood my point. New alliances and new lines are going to be drawn out of this mess. Just like rethinking our defense strategy, we may need to be rethinking our political alliances for the future. I agree, the investment in this part of the world by the US is tremendous and would be costly, but the cost in lives and lost military capability if we suddenly find ourselves based in a hostile nation would be catastrophic. The Saudis, like the other Arab nations out there need to see the hammer, be told bluntly the consequences, of failure to abide by agreements or previous obligations, or to support the US in the effort to iradicate the scum that pulled off 9-11, that continually terrorize the US servicemen in overseas USO clubs, Isrealis in their own country, and western nationals around the world. I hope that is Rumfields mission. And if the Saudis or anyone else try to equivocate with us, then we should be prepared to go it alone. While it would be much more difficult, we alone have the means to.

We will go it alone if we must, but only as a last resort. Let the Terrorists and their sponsors anticipate judgement day a while longer. They remember the Gulf War, they know d*mn well it is coming, they just don't know when. Their sweat will help settle the dust.
To: Mr.E
Let act then, I am sure he will be taken out. Let's give our President the time he needs to take the proper action. Bush even stated during the 2000 campaign that he would "take him out" (referring to Saddam) if he continued to make weapons of mass destruction and/or continue to defy the terms of the Gulf War.
We are all just too damn anxious.

"I imagine the enemy is going nuts trying to figure out when they're going to die"
Here, here. They are notoriously paranoid and angst-ridden
They have got to be just about crawling out of thier skins. (That's 'pig-skins', HA, HA).
