extremists That part should cover FReepers, Pro-Life people, Church goers and Gun owners as per the Left wingers. If you rule out all these folks, who is left to do the job?

Spend the $1 Billion on mercenaries, and let them lay waste to the taliban, Bin Laden and Iraq.... no need to give them the money that will be the next egg for their next attack.

Sound familiar?

I fear it's only time until some Americans with deep pockets start waging a war of counter-terrorism. I have heard people seriously endorsing going after the families, relatives, towns of the hijackers/terrorists when it is fully known who they are and where they came from. I don't mean as official US policy but by hiring private operatives to carry out revenge ops.

Is this a "dead or alive" reward? (Or, hopefully, "alive and under extreme torture...")

Excuse me, but that is one operation I am not familiar with. Exactly what operation are you referring to? Semper Fi, Mike

I hope bounty hunters wont be getting in the way of, or trying to oppose or stop, our Special Forces, in order to collect the money.

>The fine print probably says, "No terrorists, extremists or their families are eligible".
That goes double for so called estranged family members.

Plausable deniability?
