I left out many details, such as signs and conversations, so please add your observations and comments. EAGLES UP !!!

To: kristinn There should be no comparison to Flt93. We did help in making sure these hereos are not forgotten.
#208, thread 1
Those heroes became true Minutemen, forming a militia on a few minutes' notice and, with bare hands, defending Washington from a vicious attack. Their honor should last with the Republic.
And yet. It is true that the loss suffered by the heroes of Flt 93 is on a different scale, but those heroes knew that they could not choose to live, only how to die. They did not seek the situation out, they responded nobly where they stood. This (or any) Freep may not be life or death, but still it constitutes the heroism of seeing a duty and doing it when you could have taken your ease at home.
Is it not for that that you have received so many thanks? And deservedly so.

As one of the "lurkers" out on Penn Ave (I had the "welcome traitors" and "seek therapy" signs) I would like to thank you Freepers for a super day! Aside from someone spitting on me before I made it over to your area (even the Wash Post reported that), I had a great deal of fun and enjoyed meeting some real nice folks. Look forward to doing it all again - Keep up the good work!!

BUMP for victory!!!!!

There is absolutely no justice in this world. If there was I would have been there with you guys. I have a dream: I dream of a day when I can toss water balloons filled with yellow dye on these blame America first losers. I dream of a day when a man will not be judged by the color of his skin but by his ability to shout down the leftist morons at these peace protests. A day when all Freepers will stand shoulder to shoulder and stop these filthy anti-American bastards in their tracks. Thanks for all you've done to make the silent majority more vocal.

I am so proud.....You are great Freepers

You DC FReepers are the greatest!! Congratulations on the victory over the protesters!

why all this fuss about the flags at the navy memorial? i know they got taken down during the inaugural, but really no-one on the other side of the riot cops cares about those flags. the anarchists in the morning wanted to take a non-permitted self-defined route to the world bank, whereas the IAC wanted to have people listen to their speakers and then march down to a nice grassy area north of the capitol. I guess folks gotta have a reason for going downtown, and what could be more apple pie than "protect the flag from the anarchists/communists". what a tearjerker.

You guys / ladies are truly in a class by yourself, having been seasoned through the seemingly thousand years of clinton and having prepped yourself with knowledge.
