As one of the "lurkers" out on Penn Ave (I had the "welcome traitors" and "seek therapy" signs) I would like to thank you Freepers for a super day! Aside from someone spitting on me before I made it over to your area (even the Wash Post reported that), I had a great deal of fun and enjoyed meeting some real nice folks. Look forward to doing it all again - Keep up the good work!!

Welcome! You'll recall I was the woman with short brown hair and the red t-shirt was right near you on the line with the "Even the French Are With Us" sign. Pleasure meeting you -- I'm basically a lurker too, although I did show up at the Chinese Embassy protest -- but that whole experience 9/29 was very positive and I hope we both get more involved when people need us to be there in FREEP. Your double-side sign, "Seek Therapy" and "Welcome Traitors," said it all. My boyfriend and I looked at those with admiration. We *really* liked your sign and your style. So if I didn't tell you how great I thought your sign was and how solid and calm you were on the front line before, hear it now!
