"I'm So Proud of Our President" (are you ready for this?)

I'm taking this from my wife who saw this . . . I did not . . . so you may want to find the transcript. On the Rosie show today, in the middle of a discussion of "peace and love," Rosie said words to this extent: "I've always vote Democrat and I've said some bad things about Republicans in the past but I'm so proud of OUR president the way he has handled this whole thing. My wife said she almost fell out of her chair. Can anyone confirm, or supply the exact words???

Don't hold your breath--this will not continue. Liberals are POLL-WORSHIPERS!
You probably nailed it. Even Imus, who makes no secret (and jokes about) going with any breeze that blows, is now a big Bush fan.

Geez, I think the reaction to her here woulda been better if she had bashed Bush. C'mon, I'm not saying forgive and forget yet, but at least give her credit for getting this one right. Yeah it may be poll-driven, but on the other hand it may just be her legitimate feelings she is expressing. Remember, most of these liberals are fairly shallow politically, they are driven by "feelings" and emotion. So after having witnessed the destruction and attack she never before comprehended as possible, in a place she calls home, she may very well be feeling scared, and thus comforted by a leader who promises to do something about it. (One of the reasons they loved Clinton, because he SAID what they wanted to hear. Only he rarely meant it and rarely followed through.)
Don't give up hope, either, believe it or not she MIGHT just come around a good bit if she pays attention after this wakeup call. I'm not about to go to Vegas and put money on it, but the chance is there. Witness Roseanne Barr, she come a long way in the last 5 years. Joan Rivers gets it far more than most celebrities, and I am almost certain that she was far more liberal in her younger days.

Alas yes.

Yeah - when praising Guiliani last week, she prefaced it by saying (admitting) that she is an "ultra-leftist liberal." (Her words). Amazing. But I sense that after time, she will revert to her natural political ways.

Witness Roseanne Barr***
Another fat, profane, classless leftist sow.
Now on our side, we've got Ann Coulter, Jeanne Kirkpatrick, Laura Ingraham and, until recently, RIP Barbara Olson. Not to mention all the babes who are FReepers
Rush is right when it comes to liberal women.

Yes, there are foxhole conversions.
But a foxhole is a much, much smaller hole to convert.
And a foxhole is filled with more important things.
To: FITZ
There was a great article I think by Michael kelly, about the conservatives DON'T have to change..only the liberals do.

Rosie, Joan, Rpseanne, babs....all on our side even for a MOMENT IN TIME....the world is truly ENDING as we know it.
To: TopKick
hmmmm....we need to work on this...need just the right tag for the bossy little b*tch. I'd like a name which notes that she's LOST the "cuteness" which was her supposed "draw." If her name were different... "Past-her-Prime Patty." "Jowly Janice" "Frowning Fanny" "Shriveling Sherry"
(Yes...I am a witch! But no one's paying for me to be liberally-generous and "perky"!)

LOL.....Now you know Rosie was looking at the sun

Rosie is proud of Bush, Babs is a patriot, and Jesse is a diplomat. Are you sure we haven't been blown into a parallel universe?
To: GoreIsLove
Unfortunately yes. Here's a link to the memorial website.
