On the Rosie show today, in the middle of a discussion of "peace and love," Rosie said words to this extent: "I've always vote Democrat and I've said some bad things about Republicans in the past but I'm so proud of OUR president the way he has handled this whole thing. My wife said she almost fell out of her chair. Can anyone confirm, or supply the exact words???

Just like Whorealdo, "I'm PROUD of our President", coming from Rosie, sounds just a tad patronizing, like Bush finally cleared the bar in their eyes. They sound like they are patting him on the head.
It's just like other media people who say they feel Bush has "grown into" the job. I don't even think it's conscious on their part.
