If you don't want to fight for this country...keep your f*cking mouth shut or get out.

Aye, aye to that!
BTW: Thank you for your service to our country.

I agree with the protesters.

I believe we should offer up about 25 megatons of forgiveness at least.

Hi- excuse the boilerplate reply, just got on after being on & off all nite, editing "host" file, trying a few things that didn't work- and don't know if being on is permanent, or a blip. JR

Millions call for retaliation and war on terrorism, not irrational pacifism.

"Irrational Pacifist"

That boils it down nicely to a succinct, accurate desription of what we're dealing with here. I'm going to use that (all too frequently, from the looks of things) going forward.

Thanks!

In tines of war male collaborators are shot and females are shorn of their hair. Then a crescent moon is tattoed onto their foreheads.

You all just need to pipe down. The Neville Chamberlain Fan Club has a right to meet and say whatever they want. (Just as long as it ain't around me.)

Amen, brother. Sure these filth have the right to speak their empty little minds, and we have that same right to speak back, to label them as the traitors they are. There is no"principle" behind their BS; just a determination not to let the blood of innocent Americans interfere with their educations (paid for by others, of course) and their cushy, no-sacrifices lifestyles.

The protesters of the 60's certainly had no moral principles guiding them; they actively aided and abetted the killing of Americans not only by giving aid and comfort to the communists in Vietnam and elsewhere, but by planting bombs in public places right here in America, all in the name of "world peace and justice". Their only "principle" is to hate America and everything it stands for, and the only flag they recognize is the black flag of the vandals: destroy it all, tear it all down. They are the ones who seek to stifle dissent by insisting that no one should be allowed to disagree with their anti-American (anti-life, really) views by removing the American flag from view in the name of ultra-PC "diversity". My hat's off to those who stand up to this fetid trash and say "Enough!"

From this late baby boomer to All anti-war protesters who witnessed what you did to our Country and most importantly to our Viet Vets coming home, I say NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Never again will the Hanoi Janes and the make love not war crowd be allowed to do what they did in the 60's and 70's. By watching what you did back then, you created millions upon millions like me. Not to mention, my three children who has and continue to be raised knowing what you did.

It is the Soldier,
not the reporter who has given us freedom of press

It is the Soldier,
not the poet who has given us freedom of speech

It is the Soldier,
not the campus organizer who gives us freedom to demonstrate

It is the Soldier who salutes the flag,
who serves beneath the flag,
and whose coffin is draped by the flag,
who allows the protester to burn the flag.

Seattle is a dreadful city, with everyone marching (crawling) in liberal lockstep...isn't it interesting that many analysts consider Seattle a prime terrorist target, with Boeing (still) here and Microsoft, owned by the world's richest Western capitalist pig.

But perhaps the city will not be terror-ized because the denizens don't require a big boom to go into a frightened crouch -- they're already there.

"Frightened city, crouching liberal."

I do not think Canada is going to take our cowards and traitors this time. No while their young men and women are fighting along side ours.

One thing is for sure (difficult to admit) that the "peaceniks" are preaching a far more Christian message (and Islamic as well) then anyone on either side thus far. An effective answer to the problem of terrorism against the US that has not been tried to this point is an expansion of the Clinton doctrine of not dealing with sleezy criminals to forward national interests. Think about it- our support of corruption in Cuba caused the rebellion that spawned Castro, same in Nicaragua resulting in Manuel Ortega, support for brutal Shaw of Iran resulted in popular support of Ayatollah Khomeini, we made and had to break Noriega and Saddam. Support of Pinoche' built the Shining Path Marxist in Chile. Bin Laden whips up support amongst commoners by stressing the US support of the non-democratic regime in Saudi. When we begin to support true democracies (instead of thugs who go along with our financial interests) we will be loved in the world as champions of democracy rather then hated for our hypocrisy. Why can't we see that we are making our own messes. (This is my first day posting-long time lurker and supporter- I hope this opinion does not get me banned).

We should respect the protesters' freedom of speech. And ignore them as unrealistic idealists when we proceed to seek justice for our fallen citizens and punish those responsible.
