I must disagree with you.

For the last 40 years the conservatives have been WAY to silent.  IMO, that is part of what has gotten us into this ugly
situation we are in now - with gun legislation, PC, abortion, etc ...

The commies have been screaming from the top of their lungs and, consequently, their agendas have been promoted without hardly any resistance at all.  What little resistance has been offered has been too little too late.  By us being silent the
commies have taken over almost every important major institution including much of gov, media, the schools and
universities.

I think it is time that we get off of our collective lazy behinds and start acting like we really do care.  "Faith without
works is dead."  We, as the self-claimed lovers of liberty, have been doing nothing much more than sitting on the sidelines
and watching, making our little pride-filled remarks to each other about how "I would do this!" or "I'll do that if ... !" or
complaining about this situation or that. (Please notice that I include myself.)  A lot of bravado comes out of our mouths so
we can puff out our chests and pat ourselves on the back.  I know I truly believe the words I speak but what do I really do
about it besides just putting up the little patriotic banners in my cube and get on my soapbox once in a while?  We've lost a
lot of ground.  I don't think that remaining quiet will gain it back.

Give them what they deserve:

While I am a staunch defendant for the freedom of speech, I am also a staunch defender of keeping my Constitution and Bill of Rights strong.  Traitors should be shot.  Since they have done nothing to actually hurt anyone (ex: plant a bomb and hurt US-loving Americans) I would ask them to which Muslim country they believe is doing things right and air drop their little tails right into the middle of it.  Let them live in a place with like-minds.  They run cross-wise to our Constitution and our way of life.

Yes. They are dusting off the old left wing rolodex.

If you look inside groups like "Massachussets Peace Action" you will find the career Marxists doing the grunt work. Nontheless, if Freepers and friends in the Boston area spread the word, it should be quite easy to (peacefully please) show this little rag tag group of pinko cry babies a thing or two about American solidarity.

"People like us" advocate the personal ownership and use of firearms. Please square that with our ostensible desire of a "police state" - that is, if it doesn't make your head explode in the process.

Mr. Bungle, there is only one thing wrong with your analysis. If you search for other posts from dimwit Don you will agree with me that his head would likely implode upon attempting rational thought.

You like? I think John Lennon would be proud.

Actually, I think John Lennon would be yakking in his soup. But hey, that's even better!

If you use that slogan, I get a royalty.

When we added our voices to counter the anti-gore sentiment I told myself, "We have just begun to fight." Looks to me like we are tanned, rested and ready.

LET'S ROLL!!

Bring a lot of chicken blood with you. Throw it on the "peace" protesters as a symbol of the innocent blood that has been shed and not avenged. Then sing "All we are asking / Is give war a chance." Wave signs saying "If you are not on our side you are on the side of the terrorists." and "Antiwar = Pro Baby Killers."

If they object, just tell them you are only doing what they advocate -- taking it to the streets.

...these losers just come out of the woodworks with their 'give peace a chance' and 'try love, not war' lame 60s mantra....

Mantras like these were originally developed to support forces seeking to undermine the United States -- that is to say, the security of the American people. They continue to be used for that purpose -- and that purpose alone. To intone such mantras is to declare oneself a member of some species of totalitarian and, therefore, an enemy of everything that America holds most dear. It really is that simple.

These mantras substitute rhetoric for reality and demonstrate a failure (or refusal) to come to grips with real circumstances that gravely endanger the nation. They also clearly demonstrate a profound lack of moral clarity (as Bibi Netanyahu put it in his astounding speech to Dan Burton's Government Oversight Committee Thurday afternoon) and high moral seriousness. They are relentlessly irrational -- yet appeal to the very people who claim to be the really "deep thinkers" of our culture: People who are our self-appointed leaders and even would-be masters, the "expert class."

I have seen more truth and high moral seriousness displayed today by the local Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts, who in many of the towns surrounding where I live are out en masse on street corners of busy intersections, bearing scores of flags and placards lettered "God Bless America" -- even in quite "liberal" towns. There are many, many people who live in the Greater Boston area who understand the gravity of the situation in which America now finds itself, and who have rallied to maintain the public consensus behind the Administration. Most people around here understand that we really are at war. Even people who voted for Kerry, Kennedy, Meehan, Frank, etc.

Seems to me there is more wisdom in a humble, middle-class Boy Scout in, say, Stow, Mass., these days than in all the hallowed halls of Academe, Cambridge, NWO. Do these latter folks realize that they are giving aid and comfort to the enemy by attempting to divide our society and undermine our sense of national purpose? That purpose being, of course, the survival of the American way of life -- that very way of life that nurtured these lefty twits and gave them every advantage they have.

IMHO, these people are terrorist scum themselves. We have to tolerate them, for they have civil liberties the same as every other American. We have to tolerate these braying asses; but we don't have to condone what they have to say. What these folks most need to sober them up is a good, stinging retort on the basis of the logic of their arguments (or I should say, lack thereof), and a stinging rebuke for their shameless hostility to American values and our way of life.

A counterdemonstration clearly is in order. Hope to be there with you on Monday. best, bb.

You state the obvious. Do we line up like sheep and join with those of the WTO supporters who have left our borders open to any terrorist wanting to enter. They are still wide open, even today as we prepare for a so called war. I say so called because just as the "war on drugs", this will be simply a war on you Freedom.

Pretend all you want. Be a sheep. All of the and Islamic terroist groups have be allowed to freely cross the non-existant American borders and operate on American soil. The real enemy are those that have allowed Hmas, Hezbollah, Al Gamat, Al Islamiya, Islamic Jihad, Al-Qaeda, etc. etc...... to set up fund raising operation, political hearquarters and military recruitment on American soil, all the time being here in violation of our immigration laws. The is no reason to accept the idea that our borders should not be CLOSED, unless you are a sheep and truly believe we are not be conquored from within.

I just realized that August 23rd is this Sunday. (I'm foolish, I know.) I can't make it because of my Radio Show ('The Jazz Club' on 91.5 WMLN FM 9am until 1pm) in Milton. If others want to make it, that would be great. God bless. I will organize a rally in Boston soon and a counter protest to any coming leftist drills in the Boston area.

THANKS!

WE must show up for this war and drown them out every chance we get.

I agree about showing up wherever the 'peace activists' do, but instead of drowning them out yelling or anything, just take your signs and hold them quietly. THAT would get the attention of the reporters. Use some of the lines from Bush's speech; my personal fave is "we will bring them to justice or bring JUSTICE to them"!
