Jeff, why this petition? From everything I've been hearing, it isn't 'if' but 'when'. The Coal Company has already agreed to donate the land, and the Governor is already making preliminary plans.

This is about as close to a done deal as you can get.

I disagree totally with this petition. We will honor these victims, but not on that spot. If we don't rebuild on this site, then the terrorists will have succeeded in crippling our economy.
