Well, I'm already having trouble sleeping. It's only a matter of time before I start loosing weight due to the anxiety and depression. I'm actually thinking of getting a gun, joining the NRA, and learning to shoot. I'm also thinking of getting myself and my kids into Tae Kwon Do. Got any suggestions, advise, etc., send 'em to mscott@motion.net. Oh, I forgot to mention I'm praying alot. I'm trying not to let my kids see how much this is starting to get to me.

#1, don't panic

You cut to the heart of the matter very elegantly- NBC weapons are also "terror weapons," and one of the consequences of terror is panic, or doing nothing.

This can be countered by education and information-- and that is the first step to making these things less effective, and less likely to be used.

A bump and a bookmark. These are serious things to consider and be prepared for. ESPECIALLY if one has kids. Like they say about owning a gun, ....better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it!
